relationships that prosper you
and this earth. Going
within gently,
thinking peacefully,
past all the pain of your history,
will help open this gate.
Our
senses will reveal
energy of thought and experience.

patience, all of our old
coping strategies will not resist,
and our cynicism
will gradually dissolve. In
this garden we learn
to clear the old beliefs,
fears, anger and guilt
... gently.
Then,
in our unique way,
we start finding new thought seeds
that “bubble
up inside of us,”
asking us to think them, say them and
plant them
